Terms and Conditions

• By registering on the site, I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily and freely elected to participate in this camp and that I am not required to do so. I understand and agree that Oratory School of Summit, NJ and/or its representatives assume no liability in the event of accident or illness, nor for damage or injury to person or property of any nature whatsoever. I voluntarily and freely assume all risks of accident, injury, illness, or damage to or loss of property. Oratory School of Summit, NJ shall not be responsible to any person for any of my acts or omissions. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Oratory School of Summit, NJ from and against any claim which I, my parents or guardian, or any other person may have for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Oratory Prep Soccer Camp.

• Acceptance of Photo Release: Oratory Prep Soccer Camp has my permission to use my child's photograph publicly to promote the camp. I understand that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

  
  

• Acceptance of Cancellation and Refund Policy: There will be a $50 cancellation charge on all cancelled registrations after June 1st, 2026. There will be no refunds for missed days due to injury, personal reasons, or sick days.

  
  

• I have read this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that i have given up substantial rights by signing it, and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me and intend my signature to be complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. I have also read and accept the photo release form. I fully understand the cancellation and refund policy.
